What is the Procedure for BEE Registration?
The BEE Registration process is divided into three distinct parts, the first of which is the online filing and the hardcopy submission. Product testing and model approval come after company registration in the whole process of registering your product with BEE. The whole process for BEE registration in India is as follows:
Step 1: Company Registration
In order to incorporate the company with the BEE on their official portal, this is the first and most important step in the Start Labelling Registration process. This phase must be completed by any merchant, importer, or manufacturer who wishes to apply under the plan. The submission of essential paperwork and applications is a part of the registration procedure.
Step 2: Testing
The applicant receives login information for their portal via the registered email address when the Bureau approves their application for company registration. The candidate or applicant can use the same to complete the Model Registration Application. However, the applicant must have their goods evaluated by a NABL recognized lab before moving on with the Model Registration procedure.
All of the testing parameters must be included in the test report, which must follow the format specified by BEE. The applicant must provide the product sample and any testing materials required by the testing facility in order to participate in product testing.
Step 3: Model Registration
After completing the second step, the candidate can go to the BEE portal online and submit an application for Model Registration. The test report and other required documents in a certain format are required for BEE registration. When the essential documents and application are submitted online with the lab test report, the requisite fee shall also be paid.
After submission of the online application, the Department receives the submission of all documents, applications, and payment receipts. After reviewing all required documentation, the Department grants the applicant the final BEE certificate.
