1. Definitions

"Company" refers to PSR Compliance.
"Client" refers to any individual or entity using the services provided by PSR Compliance.
"Services" refers to compliance-related services, including but not limited to regulatory filings, licensing, and consultation.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides compliance services as per the regulations and legal requirements applicable to the Client.
The Client acknowledges that regulatory requirements may vary, and it is their responsibility to provide accurate information for compliance purposes.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the Client fails to meet regulatory requirements.

3. Obligations of the Client

The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information as required for compliance services.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents are submitted within the required timeframes.
Failure to provide the required documents or information may result in service delays or non-compliance.
If the Client fails to respond after three to four reminders within three months, the order will be deemed closed, and no claim or refund shall be applicable.

4. Fees and Payment

All service fees must be paid in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Government fees, taxes, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
In case of late payments, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the Company’s Refund Policy, available on our website.
No refunds will be issued if the Client fails to provide the necessary documents or information required for compliance.
If an order is closed due to Client’s non-response for three months, no refund or claim shall be entertained.

6. Confidentiality

The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information, except where disclosure is required by law.
The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information obtained from the Company to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

The Client agrees that the Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client violates any terms and conditions.
The Client may terminate services by providing written notice; however, any paid fees are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction shall be Aligarh Court, and all legal proceedings shall be conducted there.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Continued use of services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
