FSSAI Registration Process

Step 1: Application Filing in Form A

FSSAI License Renewal and Validity

You can apply your application for renewal of your FSSAI license within 180 days before the expiry date anywhere in India. FSSAI license remains and exists for not less than 1 year and 5 years at most.

Once you apply for the renewal after it has expired, you will have to pay a charge of ₹100 per day plus the standard registration or license fee. If renewal is done within 1 to 90 days after its expiration, you will have to pay 3 times the original annual fee. If you renew after 90 days, then you will pay 5 times the original fee. If suspended for over 180 days, there would be no acceptance of such applications.
